The idea of ​​creating Ama was born in Milan, during the uncertain year of 2020. From her family, Chiara is the third generation of Italian women, who, in addition to loving cooking, enjoy entertaining guests. She is meticulous with everything she does because she loves to offer the best. His passion is that his diners feel happy around a table and enjoy as if they were in their own home.

Chiara has managed to make her dream come true thanks to the support of her life and adventure partner, Francesco. Together they have landed in Palma to offer the best of their experiences and create the Ama Restaurant.
